Back in 2020 we carried out a complete remodel and refurbishment of the ground floor of this property to create the contemporary open plan living our Clients desired.
They have recently asked us to return, as they wanted to give their home a new look by replacing the slate grey finish flooring with something that created a warmer feel. The newly laid LVT Bergen Herringbone stick-down flooring does the job perfectly.

These Clients wanted to update and upgrade the exterior of their home and also reinvent their sleeping space. Quartz came up with some stunning design idea's and by removing the roof and restructuring the internal layout and adding new dorma's. We not only elevated the exterior with a stunning new facade but created an astounding sleeping sanctuary complete with a new balcony with glass balustrade and a beautiful new En-suite bathroom and dressing room.

How do you take down a tired and lack lustre conservatory and upgrade it to a modern clean lantern roof Orangery whilst protecting and  preserving the existing internal feature flooring - by putting on your top hat and getting stuck in. 
By erecting a top hat scaffold system we were able to remove the old roof and demolish the existing conservatory and then create this stunning new Orangery with twin lantern roofs incorporating shadow gap feature lighting. To compliment the feature tiled floor we then installed 2 sets of black crittall doors and stylish black radiators backed up by ceiling mounted cosmic beam smart infrared heating creating a delightfully cosy space for all the family to enjoy

When your converted barn needs a sumptuous bathroom this is how you do it.
Having carried out previous refurbishment projects on this converted barn, these returning Clients wanted us to create a super stylish and opulent bathroom which complimented and reflected the stunning - elegant and sophisticated interior of their
property and the finished results was breathtaking.

This grand house was missing its grand entrance, we have now installed a custom made European air dried oak porch which will not twist or splinter and is manufactured to stand the test of time, with enhanced timber section sizes to give this an more imposing feature and finished with a Osmo oli it now has  superior weather protection. Finished with a grey slate tiled roof, which compliments this beautiful property, it is a stunning additional feature which has been accentuated and complimented by the application of vertical shadow gaped European air dried oak feature between the upper and lower bay windows.
 

We were appointed by MTR Lettings to undertake a full and extensive refurbishment of a commercial property located in Bloxwich.
The scale of the refurbishment was a huge undertaking for the property owner who saw his premises taken back to a shell and slowly rebuilt and fully updated into a highly appealing and modern commercial premises that would accommodate a range of uses. In this space was once a small cold and rarely used Conservatory shut off behind patio doors. The Clients asked us us design a room that would give them year round use and blend into their existing living space. This spacious and contemporary Orangery has given them a significant new living space which blends seamlessly into their existing home. The Bi-fold doors flood the room with sunlight and when the weather allows can be pushed back to merge indoor and outdoor, creating the perfect  recreation space and with the addition of feature shadow gap lighting to the lantern roof in the evening the effect is simply stunning and takes this beautiful room to a whole new level of amazing.

Located in a beautiful village this traditional old cottage was in need of sympathetic renovation to retain its charm whilst creating a functional and appealing living space. By constructing a new rear Orangery/garden room and re-thinking and re-designing the  interior layout Quartz were able to carry out a ground floor interior refurbishment which provided  a cosy paneled entrance hall, giving access to a newly created office space and a new downstairs cloakroom, new dining room and a stunning new kitchen designed to retain the charm of a traditional cottage kitchen but packed with  modern day appliances and fittings. Both the dining room and kitchen have direct access into the the new garden room - Orangery which is the perfect place from which to admire the garden and which  merges perfectly into  the outside space.

In 2022 Quartz Improvements Ltd designed and created this amazing new bar and restaurant located in the heart of Burntwood.
Our design encompassed every element of construction that turned an empty shell into a showcase.
From upper-level mezzanine floor to mains services and security to sound systems and from signage to water features and quirky designs. Quartz have provided all elements of the interior fit out including tiling flooring – decoration - custom made booth seating and hard and soft furnishings and decorative features It was vital that Quartz were able to provide all the services that could create the interior design concept that would truly represent the Ahmed Family and help them continue to expand their restaurant chain whilst remaining true to their brand and focusing on their exceptional authentic Bangladeshi cuisine.

By adding a rear extension and opening up internal space we created this amazing kitchen day-room for our Clients. The installation of the  Indigo bespoke custom made kitchen, perfectly complimented by the Florence granite tops and splashback and  state of the art appliances are a visual delight and the new Bi-fold doors can be fully opened to seamlessly link indoors and outdoors, it’s the perfect space both for living and entertaining.ow what an amazing transformation.

When our Clients purchased this bungalow it was extremely dated, run down and in need of some serious updating. Quartz have been appointed to carry out a total interior refurbishment which include these stunning new contemporary and chic En-suite and master bathrooms and wow what an amazing transformation.

This was part of a large scale project in which Quartz fully reconfigured and remodeled the entire downstairs layout of this property  which included extending the rear of this property and adding a glass lantern roof we have created a modern bright  light filled kitchen dining area that is a cooks delight and provides the perfect space to cook and entertain

When weathered and old garden walls are making your garden look drab and dreary Quartz have the perfect solution by applying a low maintenance woodgrained effect UPVC cladding board your garden is instantly transformed making those once tired old garden walls a bright light visual delight.

The Clients wanted to update their property  by removing the old white upvc windows and installing new woodgrained Anthracite windows and doors the property has been transformed and now has a stylish modern new look.

Not wanting to extend, but with limited space in their old kitchen the Clients wanted a new and more spacious kitchen that the whole family could enjoy. Internal alterations which included relocating the utility room transformed this once cramped space into this spacious modern kitchen with a mix of modern light grey super matt doors and drawers and stunning Quartz tops with black glass & gloss finish appliances packed with clever storage ideas, now it's the perfect place to cook  eat and  socialize.

This was a challenging brief, the Clients had a very compact space in which they wanted to create a boutique style bar incorporating a full height drinks fridge with cooking and storage facilities along with a washroom and multi purpose booth seating and outside entertainment area. We managed to fulfill the brief and wow what a sophisticated show stopper this bijou bar has turned out to be.

This quirky feature living wall provides an enchanting entrance to the newly refurbished contemporary washrooms at Panshi Restaurant.  With is bespoke design custom made sinks and fixtures and designer interiors, it now mirrors and compliments the modern chic main dining area which was also  recently refurbished by Quartz

The large glass lantern roof and Bi-fold windows blend the indoor and outdoor spaces perfectly and by adding chic design features like split face wall panels and custom made light boxes and mood lighting it is an stunning place to chill out with family and friends all year round.

When lockdown means you can no longer go to the Bar then let Quartz build you your own. The Corner bar was created for a Client who wanted that tired and unused little corner of the garden to become a new place to party

This factory units work area was once dark making working throughout day and night hard. Quartz has now installed new High out put LED lighting using a tension wire system to bring the light right where they need it, making the night as light as the day.

This factory refurbishment is well underway! When complete the long standing Imperial Lock factory in Willenhall will be restored to its former glory with fresh modern external rendering, new window frames and a main entrance which will lead through to a bright and airy reception room. The staff will also benefit from the modernization as they are to get newly refurbished canteen, where they will be able to relax and refuel on their breaks.

Completed today, on behalf of a local builder to the area of Shrewsbury, 2 spacious new build properties completely fitted out top to bottom by ourselves from Kitchens & Utilities too bedroom furniture, windows/doors, Bathroom/ensuites & LVT flooring. Handed over and ready to become some ones dream home.

All complete & handed over today to the client, a new garage conversion to be used as a new home office/play room. This new room will create the extra space this growing family needs.
